Since the beginning of its activity, the LDM has always considered it important to create and execute applied research projects that could help the development of the business.In particular, projects related to new technological platforms for diagnostics, new developments in cell therapies and new genetic analyzes.
The projects currently underway are the following
- Development of a diagnostic kit for the detection of microorganisms through a new Real-Time PCR platform (UK, Italy)
- Pending application at Swissmedic for the marketing of a kit for the detection of Covid-19 viral antigen in nasal smears (China)
- Training of university students for masters
- Development of a genetic test panel for the general population
